Photokina 2012

"...A MUST event for photography event..."

That's what it said on the main page of the Photokina website.

Is it really a "must"??
Is it just about "photography"??

On my first visit to Photokina and also my first experience on live blogging this event, let's hope I will first enjoy the work/business trip and with the exposure to most if not all exciting new products offerings from all mainstream as well as smaller companies.

Apart from a few cameras and printers as expected, Canon Europe also launched an "imaging platform" called Project1709 (still in Beta and name to be finalised).
